Visiting Homemaker Service of Warren County, Inc. provides quality in-home care to any Warren County resident who is permanently or temporarily unable to perform normal activities of daily living due to illness and/or physical or mental disability. Visiting Homemaker Service provides the following services to the residents of Warren County:
Certified Home Health Aides
Our Certified Home Health Aides may assist, provide support and/or perform the following services:
- Personal Care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with ambulation/transfers/exercise regime
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation
- Shopping/laundry/light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Respite for primary caregivers
Registered Nurses
Our nurses make routine visits to the home to supervise the Home Health Aides and develop an individualized Plan of Care for our clients.
Warren County Statewide Respite Care Program
Coordinate services for families and other unpaid caregivers who need a break from the daily responsibility of caring for an elderly or disabled individual.
Certified Home Health Aide Training Program
An approved site for the New Jersey Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide Training Program.
Warren County Meals at Home Program
Coordinate the delivery of meals by volunteers to elderly/disabled homebound individuals in our community.
Office hours Monday thru Friday are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Emergency RN on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
